- Lease with the Option to Purchase
- This program is ideal for someone who is unable to qualify at this time for one of the programs stated above. It is for someone who wants to own a home but is just not in the right place to purchase right now- someone who may need a little time and a little help to steer them in the right direction. This program allows you the time you need to get your credit and finances in order and purchase at a later date.
